Mission
"My mission is to foster a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship where we can work as a team to facilitate positive change. In this safe and non-judgmental environment, patients can actively explore and heal from past experiences, build resilience, and develop the tools needed to achieve lasting emotional well-being and inner peace." Driven by a passion for holistic well-being, my clinical approach is to integrate the body and mind, helping individuals achieve a complete sense of self. Evidence-based therapies like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) are utilized. Additionally, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) offers deeper healing for individuals with treatment-resistant conditions.

Vision
I strive to empower individuals to heal from past experiences by integrating diverse therapeutic techniques that honor the unique needs and desires. Through the healing of my own challenging life experiences, I have developed a deep understanding and empathy for others. My desire is that together, we can create a safe place to allow healing to take place. I specialize in Trauma and PTSD, Anxiety and Depression
I also specialize in EMDR therapy. What is EMDR therapy? Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing.
EMDR therapy is a mental health treatment technique. This method involves moving your eyes a specific way while you process traumatic memories. EMDR's goal is to help you heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences.
